The Atlas JV application includes a template you can use to upload a multi-item JV. Here’s what you need to know to get started.
Open the JV application in Atlas and select the “JV Resources” tab. There you’ll find a “JV Uploads” section along with a JV training video and helpful hints from VPF.
Save your completed JV template as an Excel spreadsheet (XLS.X format) and upload it in SAP. Your spreadsheet will automatically populate the line items and details of the “Create JV” form in SAP. Note that Firefox is the recommended browser for uploading your spreadsheet into the JV form.
