VPF Strategic Sourcing and Contracts has contracted with STM Driven, Inc. to provide charter bus services to MIT.
STM Driven is an experienced industry leader in providing a single source for chartering quality motor coaches and mini-coaches throughout the country and specializes in collegiate charter bus transportation.
VPF is launching a new module within Buy-to-Pay (B2P) called Supplier Information Management (SIM). The new module provides suppliers who work with MIT’s DLCs the opportunity to update their own information, including payment preferences, mandatory tax information, and their status as a small, diverse, or sustainable business. The improvements to B2P will help onboard new suppliers to MIT accurately and efficiently while reducing the amount of time DLC administrators spend coordinating the process.

Edward McDonough was named VPF Director of Budget and Financial Analysis (B&FA) in June, after serving as Interim Director since December 2020. He leads the VPF team responsible for administering the annual budget process for the Institute, and that provides financial analysis to MIT’s senior leadership to inform decision making.
Zheming Yu has been named VPF Director of Treasury and Planning. In this role, she leads the VPF team responsible for managing MIT’s non-endowed financial assets and the Institute’s debt portfolio and maintaining relationships with MIT’s operating and investment banks and rating agencies.
