VPF is pleased to launch Advanced Journal Vouchers. This self-paced, online course covers additional actions you may need to take when working with Journal Vouchers (JVs), such as attaching documents to a JV, using the JV Upload template, and working with Sponsored Accounts.
Advanced Journal Vouchers is a companion course to Introduction to Journal Vouchers, which was released in December 2023. Introduction to Journal Vouchers covers the requirements for using JVs at MIT. Topics include an overview of JVs and why they are used; the different JV types used at MIT; using the Atlas Journal Vouchers app to create, clone, and reverse JVs; the JV approval process; and JV best practices.
These courses were developed in collaboration with several DLCIs across the Institute.
