Salary distribution changes are due within 90 days of the end of the fiscal quarter. Here’s how to make timely changes or, if needed, request a late change.

Change electronic salary distribution (eSDS)

You can make salary distribution changes directly in eSDS provided you make the change within 90 days of the end of the applicable fiscal quarter. Any change you wish to make after that time period will be considered late.

Go to the Atlas full menu and see eDACCA Salary Distribution Inbox under Financial Inboxes.

See the Monthly Payroll Closing Schedule for cut-off date to complete eSDS changes.

Late Change Requirements

If you have missed the normal window for submitting a salary distribution change in eSDS, review these Late Distribution tips before sending your request to a late change reviewer within VPF.

Submit late change request

If your late change request meets the justification requirements defined by VPF, you must submit an electronic Late Change Request form. This form features auto-populated fields and drop-down menus to assist you in supplying the necessary information. Your completed form will be routed to the VPF Late Salary Team for review. You will be notified by the team if your request is approved, denied, or requires further clarification.
