When it comes to shipping and mailing letters or packages for MIT business, VPF Strategic Sourcing and MIT Mail Services provide a range of options for the MIT community.
Shop for Mailing and Shipping Services, a new section under Buying and Paying on the VPF website, has instructions for all matters related to mailing and shipping. You can find information on the basics—mailing a single letter or package— through bulk mailing simple postcards on campus or letters in sealed envelopes around the world.
Also featured are MIT’s four Preferred Suppliers for printing and bulk mailing services. Ambit Creative Group*, DS Graphics, Puritan Capital, and Universal Wilde can consult with you on a project, from design concept through mailing. These suppliers and MIT Mail Services stay current on domestic and international requirements and can help you get your mailing out, in a cost-effective manner.
