Report Location of Property

In the interest of keeping an accurate inventory of equipment, report any relocation of property that is expected to involve a significant amount of time and involves movement to new research, administrative or storage areas. Examples are:

• When an area is being renovated;
• When equipment is needed for work off campus such as employee homes;
• When equipment moves to a new building with no expected date of return.
