Enhancement to Journal Voucher Upload

You may now add Explanation Text to your Journal Voucher (JV) as part of your upload text file. You may include as many as 18 lines and 72 characters per line.

To add Explanation Text to your document, just use the add row(s) immediately following your JV line item with the “x”. To indicate text, you place the letter “t” in column of A of each text line. Add the long text in column B.
