Reporting

Depending on the merchants needs, there are different requirements for reporting.

• EBC Enterprise Business Center https://ebc.cybersource.com/ebc/login/Login.do: basic reporting requirements.
• MIT Reporting portal https://shopmitprd.mit.edu:8443/MITReportInterface/: detailed data repository that gives all the data and allows Merchants to use what they need.
• GAA bank portal (note: Point of Sale devices are connected directly to the Bank) https://gaa.globalpay.com/userservices/default.aspx

Payments are settled every night at midnight Eastern Standard time. The payments are batch settled for Mastercard and Visa. Amex and Discover are settled separately.

EBC>Report Search

Online reports give you a batch summary report. It provides the total settled for the day by card type. You can use this to balance to the bank.

The Transaction detail report is in xml.

• Click download, do a file save as and save it to your desktop.
• Launch Excel, open the file with Excel and click next, finish, etc… This gives you all the transaction detail including failures, declines etc….
