Need to add a user to your merchant account? Follow these simple steps.

Determine the new user’s role

Identify the official role of the person you would like to add to your merchant account from the options below. Not sure? Review the business plan you submitted when you set up your merchant account.

  • Manager—access to order processing, transaction search, reporting, and processing credits
  • Order Entry—access to order processing, transaction search, and reporting
  • No Entry Manager—access to settlement, transaction search, reporting, and processing credits and voids
  • No Entry Clerical—access to settlement, transaction search, reporting, and processing voids. This role could apply to your account if you choose not to process orders but offer a website only for customers to make payments
  • Developer—access to the account during test and development phase only. Once your account goes live, access will be changed to Order Entry, No Entry Clerical, or Disabled.
  • Subscription Order Entry—access to order processing, transaction search, reporting, and subscriptions
  • Subscription Manager—access to order processing, transaction search, reporting and processing credits, and subscription

Contact VPF's Merchant Services team, and supply the name, email address, and role (from the list above) of the user you would like to add to your account.
